You sure can! Along with names and dates, we can also create custom templates, logos, and graphics. We welcome our clients to submit samples of anything they would like on their prints and we'll take care of the design work! If you're feeling creative, let us know and we will work with you or your designer to allow you to produce your own layouts!

Images printed by Popular Polaroid are studio quality, printed on pro grade paper that is water-resistant and fadeproof. We can print either 2x6 double-print strips or 4x6 photo print.

Yes, the Popular Polaroid photobooth can be set outside. If doing so, we'd prefer to use an open, shaded area. If there is a chance of rain, we require the Popular Polaroid to be placed inside. Also, if there is not a nearby power source, we do not provide a generator, therefore one must be provided for us.

For sure! We typically have event photos online within 48 hours of events. Your pictures can be password-protected, if desired. We allow you to download the photos for free.

If the cancellation is 30 days or more prior to the event, we will offer you a full refund. If it is within 30 days prior to the event, we will allow you to reschedule for a different date. The balance will still need to be paid up to 30 days of the postponed date.

Yup! Your guests choose either color or B&W photos before each session. All you have to do is simply request this option and will present it for you!

Along with the instant prints that your guests get to keep, the photos will be available via our password-protected online gallery for free digital download. Pictures are usually posted within 72 hours after the event. As an option (upon request)(additional fee), you can also receive a USB-drive of all of the photos taken from the event.

Our photobooths usually does not require more than one person to tend them. We occasionally require 2 people to deliver and setup but delivery and setup are free, so no worries. Our professional and friendly attendants stay with the photobooth at all times to ensure it works properly and help guests with any questions.

While most people will get the chance to get their photos taken, there are always some guests that won't take advantage of it. We usually don't recommend a second photobooth unless you are expecting more than 350+ photo-hungry guests!

Yes without no problem! If you and your guests are not ready to end the fun when your reservation is over, we can keep the party going for an hourly fee.($100)
